Founder
Eli Ness is a commercial and IP trial lawyer and the founder of HaleluAI. He studied intellectual property and copyright at Berkeley Law, earning his J.D. and a Law & Technology Certificate from the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology. Eli also wrote an award-winning paper on the dynamics of platform competition and the strategic use of copyrights. Formerly with Quinn Emanuel and Perkins Coie, he brings a platform-minded legal lens to HaleluAI’s creator ecosystem—focused on quality, fairness, and building durable systems that reward great work.
